School website: http://www.hibu.no/ Provides links to information channels relevant for students.

At http://www.hibu.no/english/academics/english_programs/ you will find the course descriptions for the courses you are enrolled in. At StudentWeb (https://www.studweb.no/as/WebObjects/studentweb2?inst=HIBU) you'll find instructions for examinations, assessments and appeal requests, etc. You will be informed of the examination regulations well in advance of your examination dates.

Postings - information boards

Some information is also given in the form of notices on boards around the school departments. Here are postings from companies offering part-time jobs, concert announcements, etc., and also student council meetings and social events on campus.

In the classroom

Some information you will get only by regular attendance in classes. Practical information related to courses, examinations, seminars, etc… will be published on Fronter.

Duty to keep informed

Students have the duty to keep informed about the provisions of the Act on universities and colleges, University College Examinations, Instructions for examination candidates, as well as for study or curricula, special rules that apply to their studies and relevant deadlines.

The same applies to messages from the college at Fronter (https://fronter.com/oa/). Messages might also be sent to students' e-mail addresses.
